Our pineapple preserves contain only 8 grams of sugar per serving, and are made from Guatemalan pineapples that support local farmers and businesses. We use only the freshest and ripest fruit available to create a jam recipe that's perfectly balanced between sweet and tart.
To create your own low-sugar vanilla yogurt, simply add a few drops of natural vanilla flavoring along with Stevia to taste. Or just use plain, unsweetened yogurt, cream cheese or a cheese substitute. Try various vegan options such as soy or coconut milk-based yogurts, nut butters or tofutti. 1 slice whole grain bread

Fresh raspberries
Basil leaves (optional)
