Ingredients
1/2 cup of mango fruit preserves
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup coconut milk
3 cloves garlic - minced
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon dried, crushed chili flakes
1/4 teaspoon curry (optional)

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Serve with shrimp, fish, grilled chicken or pork.
