Moist Coffee Brownies

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Coffee Fruit Preserve
  • 1/3 shredded Antigua Hot Chocolate
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon baking powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F(175 degrees C)
Grease and flour an 8 inch square pan.
In a large saucepan, melt butter.
Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and Coffee Fruit Preserve.
Beat in hot chocolate, flour, salt, and baking powder.
Spread batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Let it cool and you can decorate with confectioners' sugar or if you want to enhance the coffee flavor you can spread some Coffee Fruit Preserve on top.

Serve at room temperature, enjoy!
